The 30th Central European Workshop on Quantum Optics (CEWQO) will be held in Erlangen, Germany. This edition is jointly hosted by the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) and the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light (MPL).
As a long-standing series, CEWQO serves as an international forum for researchers to present and discuss the latest advancements in quantum optics and quantum information.
Scope and Topics
The program encompasses a broad range of topics in quantum optics and related fields, including:
- Fundamental aspects of quantum optics
- Non-classical and multi-mode states, quantum correlations, and tomography
- Open quantum systems
- Quantum information, simulations, and sensing
- Quantum communication
- Quantum optics with atoms, ions, and molecules
- Cavity and circuit QED
- Opto-mechanical systems
- Quantum optics in condensed matter systems
